Cow milk caciotta is fresh and sweet with a simple flavour and this is why kids love it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The curd is cut to obtain the size of a nut. We let the caciotta rest in the dryer for 4 hours and then we manually salt it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Our caciotta is a light cheese and great as a snack for kids and adults at any time of the day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Enjoy it just by itself or with fresh fruit like pears and grapes.
