Tomini with wheat or almonds, mais, pepper, peperoncino.

INGREDIENTS: 100 % pasteurized ewe's milk, mineral salt, rennet, selected milk enzymes.

DESCRIPTION: Tomini are fresh cheese made of ewe's milk.
They are enriched with various ingredients and can be consumed fresh or cooked in oven for 10 minutes at a 200 degrees temperature.
They are not produced in september, october and novembre due to shortage of milk.

PACKAGE: vacuum packing. It is recommended to keep in vacuum not more than 30 days after shipping date.
