INGREDIENTS: ewe's milk 100% pasteurized, milk enzymes
DESCRIPTION: It has a very delicate taste, fresh and lightly creamy. Because it has only 36% of fat substances it suits well diets which require a low fat content. It has the same characteristics of a pecorino cheese half-ripened except that the ripening period consists only of 1 month instead of 3.
t is not produced in the months of September, October and November due to shortage of fresh milk.
PACKAGE: vacuum packing. It is recommended to keep in vacuum not more than 50 days after shipping date.
